Comtrak exists because the tools available to fleet managers were either too expensive, too complex, or simply not built for how UK transport businesses actually work.
The Problem We Solved
Across UK transport depots, the same scene repeats itself every month. A stack of printed toolbox talk sheets gets handed round. Some drivers sign them, some do not. A few go in a filing cabinet somewhere. Nobody can find them when an incident happens.
Transport managers spend hours each month chasing signatures, re-printing forms, and sending reminders via WhatsApp. When an operator licence renewal comes up or an HSE inspector walks in, the scramble to produce evidence begins.
The enterprise systems that existed were priced for large logistics companies with IT departments. Nothing practical existed for the 10–100 driver fleet that makes up the backbone of UK haulage.

What We Built
Most “compliance systems” are just databases with a dashboard. Comtrak actually drives compliance — issuing training, chasing drivers, and resetting on schedule without admin input.
Every feature was designed around actual problems fleet managers face — not invented in a boardroom. If it does not save time or reduce risk, it does not make the cut.
